From Hotfix 7 Update 4 Happar ME has the ability to import CSV files for keyword and descriptions, Articles and blog post.

Whilst I have test loaded the article and blog posts, I've been using the autoloader to batch upload keyword and articles.

Prior to this upgrade descritpions and the associated rss feed did not like HTML code. However it is now possible to have html in your descriptions and pictures. This means more unique content with targeted ads.

At the moment I'm using the csv product feeds from Affiliate Futures and Affiliate Windows. These CSV files contain a number of fields including Title, Description, Image URL and Affiliate Deep Link URL.

Using Excel:

1. I convert the product description, Product Image URL, Affiliate Deep Link URL into a single field. The descriptions are tweak to make more unique.
2. Happar ME Doesn't like some special characters so I clean up the product titles:

a. Remove "/" Find and replace. Happar thinks this is a directory

b. Remove "(", ")", "&" and double spaces.

c. Remove all leading and trailing spaces.

This data is then saved as a CSV file in the format Keyword, Description, Status and then imported into the Happar ME Site.

Again just because you can load literally load thousands of keywords in a evening DON'T. Prepare files and upload a small number every day.
